WALNUTS : By consuming walnuts on a daily basis , we absorb a big amount of proteins , magnesium ,potassium and phosphorus , which  are essential and important ,in order  to apply  a balanced and beneficial  nutrition .  Walnuts are also a rich source of Vitamin E, which is widely known for its antioxidant nature. 30 grams of walnuts count for 185 calories.

PISTACHIOS: The history of pistachios, counts for more than 10000 years.  Pistachios originated in the areas of southeast   Asia, Pakistan and India. Nowadays primary countries in the cultivation and production of pistachios are the countries of Greece, USA, Turkey and Iran.

CASHEWS: The history of cashews begins in the area of South east Βrazil, and more specifically in the area of Equator. Cashews expanded from the areas of Brazil to the areas of east Africa (Mozambique) to India (Goa), by the Portuguese, who were colonists of the prementioned areas.  Nowadays, primary countries in the cultivation and production of cashews are India, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

HAZELNUTS:  According to historic findings, hazelnuts originated in the areas of Sweden, Denmark and Germany, during the Mesolithic and Neolithic period. The cultivation of hazelnuts is considered as one of the oldest agricultural practices in Europe. Nowadays, primary countries in the cultivation and the production of hazelnuts are Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaitzan and USA .

It is statistically proved, that almond is the number one dried nut in sales and consumption globally .  Nowadays primary countries in the cultivation and the production of Almonds are Spain, Greece and USA.
